There is a huge a countable problems of the urbanization, the cities has more apportunities to grow, changing, that opens more perspectives for the people outside of the cities, coutryside members. There is many points and advantages for persective, sucsess, realising your potential in other areas, high income and finacial perspectives.

The urbanisation is a stage of being the members of the citizens whrever of the city, there is the stage of the exixting of the new city structures. The attractive for most of the people cities is the exixting there the points as the safety, financial flow, high income, working on a prestige company, offers from the company of the dream, easily realising the buisness process, the open and realise your startups and find the sponsors, finantial bases for realise it. There is an avalable perspectives, financial support, documentation circle is not struggles with the long, or deadline loses.

The great solution is the regulate the count of the new citizen flow. The unregulated flows affect the luck of the works, and the real estate issues, as any of young of new citizens has not been luckily to rent an apartament on the gold square, or they renting house at the middle or low clases of districts. The solution number two is the high traffiking of the cities out of 1 billion and the traffics should be regulated to make a new bus lines on the road and optimizing public transport for outweigh this issue.
