There were two junctions on hospital road, one joining the ring road and the other the city road, which were replaced by two roundabouts. The bus stops on the left of hospital road in 2007 were transformed into a giant bus station in 2010. Furthermore, it was connected to both junctions.

On the right of hospital road in 2007, there was a car park for both staff and the public beside bus stops, which was changed to the staff car park only in 2010. In addition, the bus stops on the right were removed. A public car park was constructed alongside the city hospital to the east of the ring road, and its entrance faced the ring road.
