Band 4+: Q-competitiveness among high school students should be encouragement Do you agree or disagree

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

High school students should compete with each other. I completely agree, as it’s a useful way to improve their academic performance and prepare them for the challenges of the future.

Competitions can provide students with an opportunity to achieve high grades. A competitive environment often fosters students’ awareness and encourages creative and critical thinking, which in turn improves their academic performance in the classroom. For example, teachers commonly organize quizzes where the winners are determined by the students’ quick thinking and intelligence. This motivates students to work in competitive conditions and strive to win. As a result, these competitions prepare students to reach a high level of performance in their classes, enabling them to stand out among their peers

Competing between students leads them to be well prepared to deal with challenges in real life. When students compete they acquire many skills. such as, time managment and emotional intellegance and these skills can be used in work. for example, in work life there are many tasks shoud perform in a specific period. Therefore, the students who used to sumbting assignments and organizing their time are appropriate and relible to do the tasks.
