It is said that the half portion of job seeking people is interested in selecting a place where elevated amount of salary is paid. However, the other half portion keeps different mindset on that ideology and those consider a place of better ambiance. According to me, the first part holds the highest value as it covers the massive one for individuals work to leading life. Every individual needs a handsome amount of money to support not only himself but also his family.
Firstly, job is needed to get the benefits of feeding family without any external tension. In the first case, the increased money is paid to hold the status and living a life of individuals own wish. Secondly, these scenario can help to balance one society to another. Thirdly, low amount of divorce case would be filed. And lastly, children of such families will get every possible instruments to become a successful individuals.
In the second case, though it seems enjoyable at first month, it will start collapsing after a certain amount time. As the amount of money is less, then the responsible act will be visible low in return. And most importantly, the companies will face huge criticism from youths as they are the first joiners of those companies. In future, the company will lose valued candidates if they remain unchanged with the salary issue.
In conclusion, I think the vast chances of choosing a company nowadays based on the salary range as individual spend more times in their skill building and they want in return highest payment with extra facilities. However, the environment of companies also play a very crucial role in building a strong developing nation in terms of ethical format.
