Band 4: Recently,some office workers have begun to work from home instead of commuting to an office each day and this idea growing in popularity . What in your opinion are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend of working from home (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay)

Many people would rather work in the office, whereas others enjoy working from home. This essay will point out these two views and voice my personal opinion.

To begin with, working from home has increasingly become a popular choice for many reasons. First, it offers a variety of convenience and sense of freedome, which is considered as a good condition to promote themselves. Furthermore, if they working with their mobile devices it must demand to go out. In addition, employees could have more time to look after their families as well as enjoy their life.

On the other hand, working from home is convenient but it also has drawbacks . For one thing, if a person who working from home has being inactive or lazy and it can lead so many problems. Moreover, there is no direct supervision, it is possible that they can lacked focus on work goals. In addition, they are not dividing time properly between organisations and personal tasks.

In conclusion, there are advantages and disadvantages of this trend of working from home. As for my part, I strongly believe that the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. And the companies should consider this issue carefully.
