No one can deny that research into medical treatments has a significant role to elevate the level of health and resist diseases so it is important to pay attention to medical research. In my opinion, I believe that government should fund this research as government could provide all facilitates in order to do this research. Besides that, research done by government will be available to everyone easily.
Firstly, research into medical treatments should be financed by government because it could provide public hospitals and medical centers for using clinical cases and monitoring the steps during practical study of research. Furthermore, government would facilitate the use of medical equipment. To illustrate that, medical treatments should be tried on many clinical cases for more than one trail and should be followed along the study so the government could easily provide all of these. Another reason why government should fund the medical research is that various medical equipment and materials easily could be provided by government. For example, the government in many countries funded various medical projects and discovered treatments for certain diseases and limited the spread of these diseases. Thus, government should invest in the medical research due to its ability to provide facilities to reach better health.
Secondly, funding by government has its benefits as research into medical treatments would be available to everyone and these treatments would be supported by government with affordable prices. To demonstrate that, when government funds medical treatments, they would be available for public and anyone can buy them. Moreover, government would provide them with affordable prices so the treatment would reach all patients easily. For instance, the Egyptian government always provide treatment with affordable prices or even for free particularly in medical assurance as medicines for virus C and bilharzia. Thus, government would be beneficial for providing medicines to many citizens with low prices.
To conclude, I believe that government should fund research into medical treatments because it may has a positive impact on both research steps and citizens as government would provide many facilities to do this research and support people with these medicines with affordable prices.
