Band 4+: Research shows that the right amount of sleep is necessary for good health, and that many people are not getting enough sleep.

Ample research indicates that sleeping enough is crucial for provide good health. Nevertheless, majority of people do not have regard to getting enough sleep. This essay will explain that reasons why people are not sleeping enough and propose effective strategies to tackle this issue.

On the one hand, majority of people have been addicting to utilizing mobile phones and social media day by day. The main reason is that there are too many fascinating contents on social network as well as addictive apps such as “Tik Tok”, “Instagram”, “Facebook”, and others. This is cause to sleep deprivation. A great deal of people are suffering from sleeplessness. As a consequence, people losing their decision making, memory because mobile phones produce blue light which is detrimental for eyesight system and highly impacts on sleeping enough for the reason ultraviolet lights stop brain the production of melotonin which is responsible for controlling sleep hormones.

On the other hand, the other factors can cause to sleep deprivation. For example, medications, stresses and lifestyle factors effect adversely to sleep enough. Medications including certain antidepressants, stimulants and medication for asthma or allergies contribute to sleep deprivation. Secondly, stresses, stressful situations such as work pressure, relationship issues, financial worries can disrupt sleep patterns. The last reason is environmental factors such as noise, light, temperature and other this kind of factor can lead to difficulties in falling asleep.

To tackle this issue people need to limit exposure to screen before bedtime, evaluate their sleep environment and stay physically active. Then people can improve their sleep quality.

In conclusion, sleeping enough really significant for promoting overall health and people should obey all sleeping regulations which I mentioned above.
