Many people think that the crime can not be stopped only by human judgement, while others said that science is more effective to stop it. I would say that it is totally right because science is developed by evidence based and research than human judgement

Science is developed by evidence base that is why science more reasonable to create a regulation instead of stopping crime. Even though people think that evidence base comes from human, we can chose many examples and more dynamic circumstance by science. It is not personal, it is not represent only a group of people but it should cover many aspects. For example, when the government discuss to legalised regulation for crime, they the to classify first what are the actions which categorised as a crime by science methodology and show the evidence based why the action is a a part of crime. Evidence base method on science will define clearly what are the fit regulation to stop crime and what is best solution to stop it.
