According to some people services, such as shops, schools and commercial centers should be reconstructed outer side of city center. I completely agree with the given notation because of certain reasons which will be explained in the upcoming paragraphs.
There are numerous reasons why commercial centers , schools and other services. To begin with, the foremost reason is that, it may reduces public crowd and traffic in the market area. As the result, air quality index of the area will begin to improve. To illustrate, in 2009, when China decided to move its shops and commercial areas to outskirts of the urban areas. Therefore, waste production of the cities in China decline rapidly. Another reason worth mentioning is that, with the development of commercial and other building it may increase employment rate by providing more jobs for the needy ones.
Some people might argue that it should not be relocate. They believe that, relocation of shops and small business may cost enormous amount of money to the owner. Moreover, they might argue not be able to make more profit in outskirt areas comparison to cities. Beyond this, inconvenience for local citizen specifically in medical emergency situation. If hospital is located far from cities they may have to travel a long route just to get to the hospital.
Overall, although I understand why some people support opposing view. I firmly believe that moving shops and commercial build will help to improve air quality index as well as to reduce unnecessary traffic congestion
