Therefore, governments should undertake the mandatory precautions by establishing biological and geological laboratories with new, skillful specialists to scrutinize the climate and environmental issues.
This argument is further supported by the scientists’ underestimation. While tropical forests are now believed to be more vulnerable to drought, hurricanes and typhoons may intensify. Thus, greater efforts should be made by the international community to protect vulnerable populations, especially in tropical regions. In addition, it may be necessary to undertake a comprehensive redesign of the infrastructure in the most vulnerable areas, ensuring that it can withstand extreme weather conditions, such as high winds and intense storms.
