Every nation has distinct rules, and it makes them different because of that. Nowadays, most of the people say, lawas and rules is key factor for functionality, however they believe that, the society without the rules cannot be useful, hence, all individuals can do watever they want. I compleately agree eith that statement, because rules have a undeniable roles in population.
On the one hand, laws have a crusial roles for societies, in the modern era most countries control the people with laws and rules, hence, witout it they cannot say people to what is good and what is bad. Today, people understant why it is important for humanity, when humans looked at the pre historic informations, they see that the rules have always been a big part of individuals lifes. Despite this, some countries have a hard rules, which is it can affect humans life, such as North Korea, Turkmenistan, etc., these countries are antidemocratic. So, they do not care about their citizens life, therefore, their rules are not for making peoples life more easier, it makes them living in a hard situation and doing a whatever government says.
On the other hand, some resourchers in the middle age, have try to find it why the rules are so important for humanity, does humans can be usefull without laws. Thomas Hobbes whose lives’ from 1588 to 1679, has some books about that quastion. He says that,” Humans, without a law or a rule, are like a animal, they can do every brutal thing to another person without second thoughts”. Because of that, humans need rules.
In conclusion, from prehistoric era to modern age, people have always controlled with rules. Sometimes these rules become harmfull, due to different type systems, for instance, communizm, tyrans, dictatorships, etc,. but I believe without a laws humans are being dangerius, because nobody can take care of them,
