Though the detrimental facts of social sights are discussed by sociologist most of the time, this media also can create the scope for false information pass.But I completely disagree with this statement.The pros and cons will discussed next to this passage.
First this virtual network is used by millions of people all over the world. If a story is posted by someone which is not true, he or she must be at least bullied. Again if any kinds of political scenario or any kind of occurance some one or any authority wants to hide, this sites are now used as the media of judgement. For example – in Bangladesh 16 july 2024,students raise their voice against the dictatorship in socialmedis,not only in facebook but also instragram, tictok,like all over the world. Dictetor tries her level best by stopping internet connection and mobile networks down.but all over the world,people create judgements against this unlawfull activities and ensure a democratic environment chosen by public through revolution.
To ancillary this media provide opportunity to surf the all over world different cultures people.If any one have any doubt about foreign countries study curriculam ,here is an opportunity to make friends from different regions and share thoughts.for example – in our country general people think that Chinese only eat boil vegetables but through this media videos-like youtube blogs, we can see that they use different spices.So the thoughts are not true.
To recapitulate we can say that as most of the alive human of the world use different types of social media. There is no scope for spreading misleading information.So social media is not responsible for spreading of false information.
