Some humans think that people are naturally born as leaders while others feel that leadership skills can be learned. I agree with the latter view as humans are develop by learn and people themselves should be interested.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that humans are naturally born as good leaders. One of the main reasons can be that some people have naturally leaders. For example my friends sister have naturally good leaders. She can draw very good without any tutor. She has so much talent. Another reason can be that some humans DNK’s are very strong.
