It has become increasingly common for some people to think that individuals are obviouse born as a best chief ,Although others feel that directorship expertise able to study . While borning to become boss,not to be learning to be positive inspiring or enthusiastic and coming into the world with a charismatic personality , I agree with the latter view due to becoming leader later in life as well as be important for leader to learn essential skills .
On the one hand ,there are clear arguments that people congenital alongside headman. One of the main reasons can be not to be reading favorable . In other words, some feeling people can never learn. Because people are born with it. This means that the children of chief can also become a chairman. Another reason can be burning with charming . This is because any people have ability. For instance, people’s brains work better than others.
On the other hand , I agree with the latter view owing to learning to become leader. Firstly,I believe that they will be the chief later. In other words people work harder than to be the boss. And afterthrow he will be the boss . Some people have latter knowledge than manager yet working as managers. The reason is that they do not want to show off in front of everyone. Secondly,I also feel that master of ceremonies must have important skills. Because of the fact that if they do not work on themself ,the skill will disappear.
In conclusion, it seems to me that although children are born with talent, they must study to become chiefs.
