In this day and age, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives. Some individuals believe that it has also made our lives excessively complex, suggesting that the solving is to lead a normal life without technology. Personally, I partly agree with this view based on some major reasons that are explained in this essay.
On the one hand, excessive use of technology cause severe illness to individuals who use it. Nowadays, people overspend time with technological appliances owing to which people being lazy, and dislike going outside for play or for walking. This result more in kids because they easily imitate adult behavior, which causes diseases like obesity and vision problems not only in offspring but also in adults. Additionally, having a lot of information from smartphones, social media, and other digital platforms can lead to distraction and information overload, making it difficult for people to receive important information.
On the other hand, technology also brings significant benefits that simplify our lives, making it easier to stay connected with family no matter where in the world. In addition, in fields like education, technology has led to advancements that improve quality of
teacher’s teaching and student easily collaborate with through social media, school’s website. Instead of having to go to school each day, thanks to technology, students do not need to go to class regularly but will instead study online at home, so student have more time side by side with their family.
In conclusion, while technology can add complexity and contributes to health issues, it also offers invaluable benefit, such as improving communication and flexing learn. In my opinion, instead of rejecting technology entirely, we should focus on using it wisely and in moderation, balancing its advantages with its potential drawbacks to lead a more well-being life.
