Contentions play a crucial role in the succes of corporations.There is an ongoing debate that whether competition between companies positively impacts the quality of products and facilities or it causes workers and businesses to suffer from stress and pressure. From my point of view,competition is beneficial not only for businesses,but also for customers,nevertheless the effects of that should be considered.
On the one hand,oppenents hold the view that rivalry between business leaders has detrimental impacts on workers. When companies compete with each other frequently,their employees who are under the pressure are not able to perform well. To illustrate, some markets in Azerbaijan such as Araz and Bravo have an immense rivalry and their employees perform badlyThey can not obtain a promotion and lose their motivation to work. Consequently,customers do not prefer these businesses,therefore they are going to a bankrupt.
On the other hand,several individuals believe that market contention helps companies to unfold. To be more specific, if the rival company launchs at a new product,the other strive to invent a much better version. For instance,the most famous technology companies,namely Samsung and Apple are in competition to produce the best one. Furthermore,these market contentions provide customers with adequate services which draw their attention. As a result of this,workers who are the part of the winner corporation can reach their full potential.
By way of conclusion,although individuals can experience unnecessary pressure and stress on themselves as a consequnce of competition,rivalry between companies has a profound influence on the businesses to produce better facilities.
