In modern time the issue of achieve leading position has become highly controversial among every age’s people. There are those who believe that older people are more capable to as a leader, however I believe that today’s youth are more advance than older in companies .In this essay it’s main things I discussed below.
From my perspective ,there are two main reasons of why I think adults are more capable to led any organisations .perhaps the main reason why I am in favour of this idea is because for modern era young people has a vest role in plenty of areas ,such as private sectors ,government sectors, defence sectors and so on. simultaneously ,the youth can do any tasks very confidently or honestly ,as well as their have enough knowledge about numerous new technologies ,with that through the devices they can conveniently create plan for any particular areas .furthermore, in adults has more energy are dedication to gather any unknown things ,which is a better site for them, with that it’s make them more stronger in any dangerous circumstances . Therefore for I believe that young people are an essential area for any institutions.
On the other hand ,there are also cases of why people think older people are better to operate any companies or organisations. Because of ,their have a lot of knowledge about whole world ,for instance education ,politics, business or so on. But nowadays this types of things not a mandatory thing to led any organisations ,however technology related knowledge is a vital part for leading position, which is haven’t in older people .As a result, I guess for any organisations rapidly development youth is more better than older.
In conclusion ,I just want to say that through the young people any countries achieve plenty of unacceptable things very easily.
