Some people believe that the most effective way to keep fit is to go to the gym or fitness clubs. However, others think that it is enough to do regular activities without going to gym. While the gyms have a wide range of equipment to help people to stay fit, I believe that it is sufficient to do everyday activities as it allows one to save money.
On the one hand, joining clubs or going to the gym might be better to stay fit. The reason for this is that there are a lot of types of equipment which help to maintain good health. Therefore, physical fitness results faster than if you just walk or climb constantly. For example, an exercise bike which can regulate speed and time. Staying in one place and running is more helpful than outdoor running, because there people are allowed to see their speed, distance and calories. Moreover, athletes joined a group fitness club which includes several people. Working with more people, individuals will become more motivated as people encourage themselves to work hard. To stay motivated and fit, people should join clubs or gyms.
On the other hand, doing constant activities such as walking, running, and climbing is a more effective path to keep one’s fit. It helps to save money as it does not require running or walking. That’s why it is more accessible for people rather than gyms. For example, doing yoga at home does not acquire money from you, and will be alone which helps to become more aware of yourself more. Therefore, athletes do not have a coach who gives pressure and makes them more stressed. That’s why to stay healthy it is enough to do regular activities such as walking.
In conclusion, some groups of people have an opinion which they agree that to have a good well-being people should go to the gyms because individuals will have more motivation. However I believe that it is sufficient just doing activities which you do everyday which helps to save money and not taking pressure from mentors.
