There is a debate over whether taking part in the gym or health club is the best was of stay fit or whether engaging in normal activities, such as walking and climbing is adequate. Although joining the gym or health club gives a chance to train with high-quality, modern instruments and makes exercising much easier, this essay believes that doing everyday activities is enough to get desired results in an affordable way and without allocating time for exercising.
On the one hand, some people believe that in the gym or health club, there are high-quality instruments to train with. The reason is that by exercising with high-quality, advanced tools, people can become healthy in a rapid way. Additionally, this makes doing activities more straightforward. This is because when exercises are done with high-quality tools, the exercise itself become a lot more easier to do. For example, people who exercise at the gym often report that the tools they use make their exercise more straightforward. However, joining the gym or health club requires money and time; for this reason, I disagree with this viewpoint.
On the other hand, I side with those who believe that doing activities which indviduals do on a daily basis does not require money. The reason is that unlike the gym, people do not have to pay for doing exercise to stay fit. Moreover, it does not require time. This is because these activities are the ones that people do everyday; for this reason, they can do it whenever they want in anywhere. For example, while commuting to work, people can walk there and by doing this, they contribute to their own health and thereby stay fit. For this reason, I agree with this view.
In conclusion, I believe doing daily activities, such as walking, is enough to keep fit, as it is more affordable and does not take much time to do, despite the gym or health club provides high-quality, cutting-edge tools to train and thereby makes training much easier.
