Some people believe that joining a gym or health club is the best way to stay in shape, while others argue that daily activities like walking and climbing stairs are sufficient. While gyms and health clubs offer various benefits, I believe that regular daily activities can be sufficient for maintaining fitness.
One argument in favor of joining a gym is that it offers more facilities and advantages. Most gyms have professional trainers who guide members in achieving their fitness goals. Additionally, gyms provide a variety of exercise machines that not only help with overall fitness but also target specific muscle groups.
Despite the arguments given, I still consider that everyday exercises are as enough as joining gym or health clubs. To stay in shape, these kinds of cardios can be as helpful as gyms, as long as while walking and climbing stairs, we are still activating blood circulation and fat burning. Also, adding a calorie deficit diet will highly guarantee you a well-shaped body.
In conclusion, the gym club is the perfect place to keep fitness with different features, even so I think that regular exercising is just enough as engaging gym club.
