Some people think that it is not easy to find new employees with the good skills. In fact, some businesses find new employees lack basic interpersonal skills, such as cooperative skills. Well, what I think is what are people can do? are there solutions?. In my opinion, I strongly support the fact that is hard to find new employees with good skills.
On the one hand, I believe that a lot of Individuals in the world have weaknesses and strengths. Well, I trust that if business want to find the good employees with good skills, business have to keep find that individuals. Because, this is not easy more than business think. Therefore, I trust that, one day the businesses can find the right employees.
One the other hand, actually people with the lack basic interpersonal skills, such as cooperative skills. Can be the good interpersonal skills, if the businesses can control their behavior to being good personality. For instance, at my friend’s company there is people with the lack basic interpersonal skill, and his head of the company control him for three weeks. Well, that is so long for a new employees, and a new company, certainly. As convincing as this point is, I think businesses have to be patient to find the new employees with the good skills such as the employees can understand to faster, or he can doing work faster.
To sum up, I share the same view with this statement that, it is hard to find new employees with the good skills, rather than find the new employees lack basic interpersonal skills such as cooperative skills.
