The contemporary issue that new graduates lack the required soft skills to properly communication in the office has raised significant concerns . Many fresh school leavers face this challenge becouse they have no practical work and experience in group project. This problem can be addressed intwo principal ways

In my view, blame for interpersonal skills didn’t appropriate becouse this skills lies with educational skills . That’s why , many schools and educational students limited to learn for practical experience . During practical experience sessions developed critical thinking as they involve social interaction between the learner and the mentor. Failure of collegues to provide students with opportunity with practical work , this inept with young workers. Other major problem with the school system is nature of assessment . Higher education system prefer to check students levels from paper-exam basic or individual work rather than group project. As a result , students are deprived of chances to work as a team and develop much needed communication skills.

The problem of young employers lacking soft skills tend to both of colleage and workplaces involvement to be solved . Teaching curriculumn should be overhauled practical work sessions and group lroject assessment. Becouse increasing the quantity of sessions involving active social interaction and mutual support in colleage , this developed international skills.

This skills have been learned the early colleage when they join the workforce , the colleage graduates have known the lack of communication skills. They should be organised social events such as coffeee breaks and parties , this created to social engagement and bonding for their employees of all ages. All these factors increase the likelihood of imporoved cummunication skills for the socially intorverted employees.

In conclusion, the issue of young workers with poor interpersonal skills is mostly due to the failure of colleages . In response, colleges and employers should facilities more chances for social interactions in forms of practical work sessions group projects and social gathering in the worlplace .
