Co-operate sectors organization and industries are work places where people work collectively in groups. At job places major tasks are divided into numerous tasks in sections and sub-sections. At some work places employees are recognised with the uniform that is given to them by their employers.
Wearing uniforms at work place has advantages and disadvantage s both. As if a employee who is working 9 hours of his job on his computer setting in office, Such a employee does not need particular dress for his work. These type of employees can wear any formal or decent ature as long as it is suite their working space. On the other hand having specific uniform for office workers in companies can create a boring atmosphere in offices which can directly affects the workers work efficiency. Uniforms should be only mandatory for the employees who are working into the heavy duty industries for instances automotive, steel, manufacturing companies. In these types workers perform dangerous and risky tasks under the extremely hazards environement. For the safety of these workers, specific uniform should be provided to them. These suites may cost expensive to companies, but the human life protection is more is more important. It is observed that, in many industries workers are provided with helmet, safety gloves, glasses, shoes and fire proof jackets.
In summary, I think there is no need of uniforms for the employees doing job in the office, But there is need of safety uniforms for the employees working at industry.
