It is appropriate for authority to control the number of children a family can have potentially through taxes. This is the right way for government to take over the population in order to promote development. By this approach it improves the economic, the civil and lastly the environmental growth of the country.

To begin with, the financial and material prosperity of a country is based on the population size, the capital and the technology available. When the size of a country is not over-populated, the government is able to spend less on the human force. Money gotten from taxes are then channelled into other aspects such as job creation. For instance , in undeveloped countries, one major problem is over-population and this has led to unemployment issues and underdevelopement issues in the country.

Secondly, the social well-being of the country is improved. The entire well-being of the people will be seen in terms of quality healthcare, good education, good infrastructures like hospitals, schools, libraries and others. As a result, there will be less pressure on social amenities. For example, a country like the United Kingdom has rules that free education and health access is only applicable to the first two children of a couple. By this, it is encouraging couples not to give birth to extra children they can not afford to take care of.

Thirdly, controlling the population of a country helps to improve the environmental growth of a country. The more populated a place, the more risk for pollution and spread of diseases.Nations which are over-populated are mostly at risk when there is a break of endemic diseases such as Covid-19, influenza and number of others. The air is easily polluted when there is release of air contaminants. Furthermore, there is less land pollution issues. Fewer number of people means less construction of houses and this directly leads to preservation of the natural forests hence preventing deforestation. For instance, most countries in Africa with health issues is mainly attributed to over-population.

In conclusion, a country which has policy on community control is the best thing and the effect is seen in the economic, social and environmental aspects. This is the best thing to do to foster progress.
