Work from home has some advantage and disadvantage. First, advantage employees can work more flexible in any place and any time without need go to office. second, employees can reduces level stress significantly. Third, employees can make and settings their own workplace that can give situation more comfortable also They no need to waste their time and avoid jam on the road. The disadvantage, such as electricity bill can be expensive cause electrical they use for work. Other else, for employees who has baby or child. Employees not focus to do their job and maybe the result can be not satisfaction.
In my opinion, work from home can be implemented few time for some employees and have a schedule that can prevents operational in office become chaos. For example, in one division they can divide for some employees work form home and other work in office. therefore operational can keep controlled if have urgency. For international company, they also can hire someone who has capable skill to finished some job. That method can be more efficient for company because they can save more money to pay employees to work and to come office.
Conclusion, work from office has some benefits in financial and time aspect for both. However, there are two important points for employees. First, they can build stronger relation with colleagues and teamwork and second they can go to outside and play after head home. I think I prefer to work in office and use company equipment rather my things wo finish they interest.
