This essay will discuss both perspectives before presenting my opinion.

Consequently, they can enjoy a better quality of life by maintaining a healthier work-life balance.

With clearer communication, tasks can be completed more smoothly and accurately, ensuring that workplace requirements are met. Moreover, employees are often more productive because they face fewer household distractions and have access to proper office facilities. For example, many senior employees prefer working in an office as part of a team because it creates a stronger sense of connection among colleagues. They can also receive valuable advice and suggestions from coworkers more easily.
In my opinion, both working arrangements are beneficial depending on the nature of the project, assignment, and deadline. However, the importance of traditional office work should not be overlooked.
