Major companies normally can take a meaningful few percent of local economy. That is a global system that increases employment opportunities and helps their homeland by contributing to tax revenues through job creation and business transactions. For example, IKEA contributes to its home country of Sweden by creating thousands of jobs, supporting local suppliers, and investing in sustainable practices that enhance the economy
However, small businesses may be better in terms of quantity rather than extent. Every small cafes, restaurants, service centers and etcetera, contribute to the economy by their amount, they have a big, more sustainable domestic economy improving that includes a millions of private enterprise. Nevertheless I think small-scale businesses help to keep sustainable level of country’s economy and the larger companies take more significant and risky steps to advance more prominently.
In conclusion, both large companies and small businesses play vital roles in shaping the economy. Major corporations bring substantial investment and job opportunities, while small businesses contribute to the local economy’s vibrancy and sustainability. A balance between the two is essential to maintain economic stability.
