In recent years, traffic congestions and pollutions were increased across the world. Some people believes that to increase the public transport facilities to avoid traffics, while other argue that enhancing the roads is the proper remedy to avoid traffics and pollutions. However, I partially agree with this statement, and will discuss both perspectives.
To begin with, investing in public transportation is not the proper way to diminish traffics and pollutions. However, some individuals prefer to travel on their own vehicles like car and motorbikes. Subsequently, enhancing the public transportation facilities may lead to massive congestion and cost of developing the public transportation was massive and the quality was very low when compared to private vehicles. Therefore, developing the public transportation is not an appropriate ways to diminish the congestion and pollution.
On the other hand, enhancing the road facilities will help to decline the traffics and masses. For example, extend the single way route into double way for vehicles to move freely. Furthermore, accidents are mostly avoided in this method, because vehicles are moving on the separate lane. Additionally, quick transportation occur in expanded ways. For example, goods and services are imminently travelled from one place to another places.
In conclusion, enhancing the roads is the best way to reduce the traffic congestions and pollutions rather than spending on government transportation facilities like busses. However, it might be a better idea, but citizens are willing to travel on their own vehicles
