Nowadays some people think that having a high salary is vital than people’s feelings from their jobs. I believe that without job satisfaction, you can not reach to peace and wealth, even with a high income. I will explain my disagreement about this idea in this essay.
First of all, consider a job with a high salary but with a stressful workplace where all the employees should work under a lot of pressure, which causes a lot of catastrophic events, if individuals do not like their position and workplace, it not only brings body issues for them but also causes some mental issues like depression and anxiety, for example, consider a person who works as a doctor with a high salary without any interest and desire ultimately leads to a sad person without efficiency.
In addition, people who work with love in their workplace are patient and creative with a lot of innovation in their job which brings a positive atmosphere for all people working there and themselves and they can tolerant bad situations and low income in the company because they love their jobs which is incomparable with money for them. So money can not satisfy them to overcome obstacles but job satisfaction does. For example a nurses who have job satisfaction with patients and love can work with low salaries in bad situations.
To conclude, I think job satisfaction can prevent mental and body issues and bring more tolerance and patience in the face of bad situations and problems, which are inaccessible with a high salary.
