Band 5+: Some people believe that allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters is likely to result in a society of individual who only think about their own wishes. other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about matter that affect them

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Some people argue that letting kids to make their personal decisions can make them selfish, while others support the idea that it is essential for teenagers to select their life choices. Although restrictions are needed to shape them into a better person, I believe that giving them space to make their own choices, help them to grow as a person.

On the one hand, one school of thought claim that juveniles are not mature and intelligent enough to make their decisions. This is to say that, their intellect is too immature to distinguish between wrong and right decisions, moreover, allowing them to decide their every day personal likes and dislikes can make them arrogant, and in results, it may have bad consequences in society on so many levels. For instance, In America, most of the children are turned into bad people, because of the freedom they had to choose whatever they want. However, I believe that, the latter opinion is more effective for youngsters to learn and grow from their decisions.

Allowing your kids to choose whatever they like can make them a good decision maker, furthermore, they become responsible for their every actions. In addition to this, whether they are making good or bad decision, there would always a lesson for them, that help them to grow and learn at the same time. For example, In China, juveniles are encouraged to choose what they like, this is to say that, it can help them to learn from their decisions.

In conclusion, restrictions are needed when it comes to educate teens, I think letting them to do their part of mistakes help them to grow mentally.
