I align with those who argue that creating art requires a certain level of innate talent and specific skills because, through the learning process, artists can use various materials to express their projects.
On the one hand, it is true that humans are born with creativity, some people, for instance, have a certain talent for expressing their emotions by composing a song or drawing a picture without learning it. This is why people believe that creating art is not difficult and can be undertaken easily. Additionally, art is subjective and is all about imagination, which means everyone can have their own way of expressing art, so most artists start randomly without any special ability and then become well-known in the area, which proves that basic skills are enough in this sphere.
On the other hand, I believe that professional activity in this area requires deeper knowledge of the principles to produce truly exceptional works. They tend to have more techniques to illustrate their work. Musicians, for example, normally study more than one instrument so that they can compose a song with multiple instruments to make the melody more abundant and layers. During the study journey, artists can learn not only new skills but also better understand themselves, which in turn can enable them to produce better works.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that creating art requires a certain level of skills. Although humans are born with some basic creativity, to become an artist needs to study more in the area in order to express their works.
