It is argued by some that everyone can create any form of arts. However, some individuals believe that only talented artists have the right to create art. From my personal viewpoint, I find the first view more convincing.
On the one hand, some people believe that only experts having innate talent and creative skills can make aesthetic value from creating art. The most primary contributing factor behind this belief is that a normal person cannot fully comprehend true value of working in arts sector and he or she is not able to impart sentimental or mental value to the viewers. This is because the populace is particularly interested in paying attention to only prestigious and well-known poets or musicians and they always neglect the contribution of others. Furthermore, it is a widespread belief that the arts made by amateurs do not include any artistic or thoughtful value or it is just superficial music or poetry. Hence, it is apparent that some people desire to appreciate the artworks of specialists and experts in arts.
On the other hand, I would argue that anyone can showcase their creation as well as self-expression through drawings, poetry and music. The concrete reason for my view is that everyone in society has their right to do whatever they want, excepts illegal crimes. This is because no one can reassure that some people possess any talents or special abilities until they showcase them. A further justification for my view is that the arts is for anyone including who has a desire to make a statement through artworks, and not only for those just viewing it. Occasionally, a normal person can draw an immersive and genuine picture or record a enticing song. Therefore, it is evident that we should not prevent anyone from their interests in arts because of their talents.
In conclusion, some individuals defend their opinion about only experts can express oneself through arts, whereas I strongly maintain a view about anyone can create paintings, poems and music.
