Since the proportion of social issues are increasing substantially, finding solutions to these social problems have become imperative. Many people reckon that because celebrities have large fan base, they should speak on essential social issue. I partially agree with this mentioned statement, which has been elucidated in following paragraphs.
Today in this vogue of social media, the maximum proportion of youngster are influenced by celebrities, as they are fond of celebrities’ luxury life style, and they follow every foot step of their favorable stars. Although, celebrities have huge social fan base, so it become a social responsibility of individual famous people to address their followers to right path and raise their valuable opinions on social issues. As results their voice will bring more effect among the public and it will be listened on the greater scale. Additionally, they can raise their views by their actions also. For instance, the legend cricketer Virat Kholi donate his one – third of income to poor people who are suffering from starvation, which is appreciated by public and this action has fostered many youngsters and they have also started to donate some proportion of income.
On the other hand, there are also some demerits as sometime the opinions of celebrities can be personally biased, which can give wrong message to public. Although, the perception of most celebrities can be replicate as many of them copy other famous people opinions in order to increase their social reach, as they lack in their original ideas. Many celebrities are concern about their reputation, because of which most of the time they resist to present their opinion among public on complicated social matter. As the result these disadvantages can influence audience in a negative manner.
In conclusion, there are both advantages and disadvantages of celebrity’s view which has been discussed in above paragraphs. So, the opinions by the public faces should be fair and original.
