Individuals suppose that charisma is an essential role for success in life.Whereas other side stand for that hard work and expertise are more significant.I believe that having a charismatic personality is a key feature.
In one hand,charisma does not look difficult.People have to choose what to do or what key feature to have.I think we should be an activist or having close relationships to others.Coupled with being a gifted.I had a classmate who is a charismatic person.He has a lot of mates and everyone was ready to help him.Since having a charisma will help in the future,similarly,you can be close to everyone and with surrounding. In other words skill sometimes can not say anything.Undoubtedly charisma attracts individuals.Moreover a charismatic person gets a job easily and gets used to it extremely quickly.
On the other hand,hard work and skills say a lot.Some people do not look to quality, they look how the person is talented or skilled.To illustrate,we have legendary Kazakh people who were hardworking in spite of leaders who did not agree to write truth.We did not talk about their charisma, we debated on how they survived their life and became a fabled people.Nevertheless, skills are a significant too.Hard work and skills are the real foundation of success. For example,a doctor or an engineer needs many years of study and practise to do their work occupationally.However, hard work alone has a restriction.If a person only focuses on aptitude,but has a cold personality,they will struggle on lead teams or get promotions.Therefore,hard work is just a basic stipulation,but it does not make you a leader.
All in all,both sides have good points.Charisma is the real key to reach the top.It is more vigorous because it helps you get noticed,lead teams, and built great connections.Additionally hardwork and talent are necessary because you need to know how to do your job properly.Overall,meanwhile skills give you a start,charisma is substantial key feature since it unlocks opportunities that hard work alone can not.
