In many societies these days, people are concerned about raising children. It is suggested by some that parents should teach their children, whereas other people think that school is the place to learn this. Personally, I think that raising children is a parental responsibility.
The first thing to consider is that school it is only small part of the childhood. Basic habits and norms of behavior are laid first of all by parents. The child can see the behaviour of parents and take an example. For example, if the mother likes reading and always reads a fairytale before the child fall asleep, it will make reading habits and the child will be interested reading books. This skill will be very useful in the future and help to open new information and knowledge. To grow up to be a good person, a child needs the attention of his parents.
On the other hand, only studying in school can give a great socialisation experience for children. There are many school subjects that involve the moral education of children. For example literature lessons, where children will learn on actions of book characters. Teachers also can provide moral lessons. Another good way of parenting is for children to learn to interact with each other and negotiate. School communication cat learn of many skills and help in the future, for example in the work team.
In conclusion, I believe that parents should teach children how to be good person and they should be responsible for raising children.
