Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

It has been long held that school children ought to be educated in a way that can lead to the mood for competing with others, while other opponents are quick to point out that teamwork and coordination are more beneficial skills to acquire from the young age. This essay will discuss both ideas and state my personal opinion regarding the views.

On the one hand, the proponents of the competitiveness take some crucial aspects into account. For example, the child who has shaped the mood for competitions from his or her early age, can show up better progress in life. They tend to be more successful. It is clear that success comes with its own rewards which makes the matter more encouraging, be it cheap or expensive, gifts serve as a motivation for them, to be show up more next time.

On the other hand, the idea of cooperation must not be overlooked. Because, over than 50000 years, from the stone age, people have accustomed to live and work in groups, not only to make their daily tasks straightforward, but also to avoid from danger. For this reason, teamwork plays an important role in human nature. Rather than any kind of individual works, the task done by team, which includes several abilities, insights and word-views, can be better, will even be at the level of perfection.

To sum up, although for one to be successful in the long run, they need to have competitive skills, I do believe that working in a group has a lot of advantages, especially in employment matters.
