Some people assure that budget had to be spent on public services like healthcare and education.But in other’s opinion disagree that:,, Finance have to directed at arts, music and painting”. I strongly believe that:,,Every state have to pay attebtion on public services such as healthcare and education.

Some people prioritize that government should enter finance for public services.Firstly, government had to remember to public services and they elected by public. It load duty in front of public. Secondly, if public are not they could not serve and did not get salary. Becasue of government’s budget filled by by taxes where people pay. Thirdly, it is important to care about public service than usic and arts. Because government had to put first place for healthcare,education and others than music, art, painting. Government can get professionals by focusing on education. Another factor is that for spending on public services can build one of greatest democratic country. Governmenet can get genuises by spending public services such as education.

In contrast, other’s opinion require that government should pay for arts, music, painting and others than public services. I prove their ideas with following facts. Firstly, government can attract tourism by spending arts, music and painting.Because foreigners are curious in art, music and paintings. Governments can get income from tourist flow.Secondly, governmenets can improve cultureby transfer money to arts,music and paintings. Music, arts, paintings are sign culture of country.

In conclusion,every states has to focus public service and music, arts, painting. But spending for public services are more important as I mentioned above. States had to spent for public services.
