The government has the right to use it’s money on any matter that they think can be of help to it’s people. Some citizens are of the opinion that the authorities ought to use it’s funds on exploring the space while others on solving obstacles on the globe such as poverty and diseases. In the this essay, I will discuss how exploring the space has created job opportunities and how it has enabled people to predict the weather and on the other hand, the benefits of solving problems such offering good education and health services.
To begin with, it has created a lot of job opportunities to many. For instance, astronaut who their job is in the space. Another reason is on weather. They are able to learn about the weather and predict whenever there are any caution that might be needed. For example, last month in Kenya we were told to be safe since there will be heavy rains and flooding.
On contrary, when the administration uses it’s cash on crisis it will be if great relief to the needy people. Firstly, Giving good education to those who cannot afford it will be very helpful. It will enable them to get jobs in future and thus decreasing poverty in the nation. In Kenya, they have started educating all children and they use their area chiefs to make sure that non is left out. Secondly, a nation needs to make sure that it’s citizen access to good health services. Giving equal services to all makes it easily accessible. Dispensaries have been built to all hard to reach areas and also educating the community health promoters.
In my opinion, the government should spend it’s fund on solving problems like poverty and diseases by educating all and offering good health.
