Nowadays, in the modern world, a lot of people argue what’s for work career more beneficial, important are communication and teamwork abilities rather then technical. So in this essay, I will discussing about this statement, but firstly I say my point of view. I think soft skills very useful and important in our century and without thees skills you cant accomplish your goals or find normal work because teamwork play cruial role in job.
Firstly, in every placements, work community, conference’s and discussion play pivotal role communication skills, however, why it very important, well without communication skills you cant get a job due to the fact, communication in work place more valuable rather technical.
Secondly, soft skills can help with thees different questions such as negotiations, quick resolution or adjust of the problem and assistance in difficult tasks. For example, soft skills more necessary in big companies, in schools and in goverment.
Thirdly, team work skill, in fact that skill not very popular, nevertheless, it is still very important, because is very common skill, nowadays a lot of young generation cant use teamwork skills and it very suddenly, they lost large new knowledge what you acquire in teamwork work.
