The debate surrounding the roles of government and people in individuals’ health has garnered considerable attention. While some argue that state officials should control health care systems, as they have more mechanisms for regulating medicine, others assert that people on their own should take care of their health. Although people are also responsible for their health, I contend that governments have more opportunities to improve health care systems.
On the one hand it is important to acknowledge that only people can define the moment that they have illnesses: to be precise, if a person has serious pain, he will feel it, and as a result, he will try to heal it. Additionally, there are many kinds of medicine that can deal with health issues; for instance, people can receive therapies that are aimed at making pain easier or have the pills that can decrease the effects of illness. Moreover, doctors can help some patients free, since there are many examples of volunteering doctors. For instance, the World Health Organisation and Committee of Red Cross have created the company that takes care of ill people for free.
On the other hand, quality medicine requires financial support; this is why governments should have extra money to invest in local medicine. Furthermore, many people prefer private hospitals to public ones, as they do not trust public doctors. As a result, many people suffer from rare illnesses, as there are no specialists who knows how to deal with them in public hospitals. By instevsting in medical education, goverments can rapidly increase medicine in their countries. Also, govermnets can provide medical insuarances that will be very beneficial for citizens.
In conclsusion, I want to mentiont that healt care system is one of most importand fields of public spheres, and governments should take it into account.
