Band 7+: Some people believe that individuals should be responsible for their own health by making healthier lifestyle choices. Others argue that the government should intervene by providing better healthcare and promoting healthy living. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

According to popular belief, humans are expected to maintain their health by considering each intake for their bodies. However, others may argue that the government should take considerably calculated interventions that are necessary to promote healthy living. This article will discuss both views and offer a personal standpoint.

There is no doubt that a responsible trait for private health is expected to be adopted by the majority. The notion of securing an appropriate lifestyle by selecting healthy food as well as fitness activities should appear as a prevailing routine. Such responsibility could lead people to a better quality. Avoiding junk food and more exercise, for instance, helps the digestive system to process high-quality and nutritious substances. Furthermore, a periodic movement affects physical well-being. This simple conduct may promote better individual condition.

However, contrary to popular belief, the authority becomes the one responsible for performing structural interventions due to people’s diminishing awareness of individual proper life. It has everything needed to promote better health care through subsidies, which were previously inaccessible to the vast majority. Subsidies help people obtain better access to broader fitness facilities.

To conclude, both views are equally crucial. People are responsible for their health, and the government should provide better health care. It is important for people to mend their own health by formulating healthy lifestyle choices with less dependency on government amenities.
