In this age of modernisation, some people believe that curriculum of secondary students should include international news. I completely agree with the notion as it gives them the information about the latest trend going on and also makes them more informative about the different jobs available abound the globe.
To begin with, with the inclusion of international news, student become more active of the outside would and things which are going on. This makes them more creative and can add those important information on their daily lives which could be very useful. For Instance, nowadays more student in India are using Apple phones for writing and taking notes in classroom than using the traditional pen and paper method which saves a lot of trees.
Moreover, at an early age children do get an exposure of the outside world and what careers are most trending. Hence after studying that, they can start preparing for the jobs and skills which are useful and can grow accordingly. For instance, nowadays Artificial Intelligence is most in demand so students can start learning programming language at a very early age.
To put it in a nutshell, due to multiple benefits of students getting more expose of recent trends and getting more exposure of the career oppurtunities, international news should be included in the syllabus of the students.
