The majority of people think choosing an apartment is the best choice for living there but some others say it has some troubles. I think the advantages of living in an apartment are more than the disadvantages. In this essay, I Will explain the advantages and disadvantages of living in an apartment.
The first advantage of living in an apartment is security because they have a warden at the entrance who checks the commuting and guests and it makes apartments secure. In addition, neighbors keep an eye on each other properties. Another positive point is sharing tasks of the flat such as cleaning stairs, working in the garden and lots of these examples. For instance, last year we traveled 2 weeks and asked our next-door neighbor to check our home every other day and watered the plants.
On the contrary, it has some disadvantages. The first negative aspect is the noisy neighbors that destroy your peace. The other disadvantage is the absence of privacy due to nosy neighbors. In the house, you scarcely meet your neighbors but it is impossible in the flats so the level of privacy in the apartments is very low and you approximately live with your neighbors which can affect living qualities.
In conclusion, living in an apartment has some advantages and disadvantages but it is always more affordable than a house and this feature leads to the preference for apartments.
