In my view although the case leads to financial benefits and comfort, it also causes both insecurity and physical limits
Living in a flat, where it is located in urban areas has several merits to people. Firstly, it opens great chances to make money because of the abundance of business opportunities. Secondly, in fact, apartments usually have less house chores due to correlation of rooms which are structured elegantly. For instance, Harvard university’s research on the levels of happiness in people who are living in distinctive accommodations.
In spite of these benefits in living renting houses, it has some problems. At the outset, it might have wicked neighbors who could disturb society with a noisy atmosphere. Afterward, renters don’t have availability of gardening or things alike which require a special place thanks to lack of space. However, these troubles can be tackled by technology and susceptible places.
In conclusion, staying at an apartment has numerous advantages such as access to earn money and easyness to keep clean despite being together with bad neighbours or use of own land.
