In the contemporary life, to consider some aspect in employer selections is the most vital practice for most corporations. It is commonly held belief that both sex have various characteristics that is why there are some jobs are relevant for male and rest of these for female. Although, I accept that why some people think like this, I believe that other considerations cannot be overlooked.
On the other hand, I can understand why some people think that it varies across genders. There are scientific research that men are more resilient in extreme circumstances and strong; and it is apparent that some occupations require overweight, strong physical and so on activity that is why it can be accepted that this approach is true. For example, we can see that men accounted for more that women in construction side, because carrying brick, concrete demand powerful functions.
Despite the arguments expressed above, I believe that some women can function in some professions which we could not see these work this field before in the modern life. There are some females who more sturdy and all-rounder than most males. To illustrate, taxi driver which needs patience, endurance, swiftness and so on that is why men constituted the most of drivers before, nonetheless, we can often encounter the women drivers in the modern life.
In conclusion, although there are some good argument for to differentiate genders by profession; however, It is my conclusion that another consideration must be personal traits. I recommend that considering both aspect can improve corporation’s performance.
