It is often argued by some people that there are several differences to finding sutable jobs between men and women. I strongly disagree with this view, as I think that governments should makes poilcies to remove discrimination between men and women.
To begin with, men and wamen have different quailties to some specific jobs. First of all, men and women have some sexsual differences such as physical differences, which may makes more suitable occpations. For example, there are police officers and soldiers. This occupations require physical conditions such as height and weight requirements. Secondly, it can also need requirements for certain professions such as prison officers and security services. In addition, these occupations can also require different physical abilities because it have an advantage among the particular gender.
However, I believe that discrimination should be eliminated between men and women. First and foremost, women should receive equal pay for equal work. Althougth men and women have physical differences that people always should find solutions to solve the gender discriminations and make an effort to alleviate the issues. Moreover, equal opportunities benefit society. This is mainly because equal opportunitis have a significant impact on future generations. If discriminations existed the job market, it could makes social conflict to become more severe among men and women. Today, social conflict is increasing, and this can cause various issues such as gender-based hate crimes. These phenomena suggest people need social intergration and collavoration. Furthemore, Gender equality increases workforce participation.
In conclusion, athougth men and women have different qualities, goverrments should encourage companies to make regulations to solve the gender discrimination.
