A few people believe that males and females have different qualities, and that is why some jobs are suitable for women. Although there are many reasons behind the given statement, I partially agree with the given notion. The reasons behind my stance are elaborated in the following paragraphs.
To begin with, some jobs are only suitable for men. This is to say, some occupations require more physical efforts. and they are generally better for men than women, because males have great strength to this work more effectively than females. For example, working to manage big and heavy parcels in workshops requires much physical efforts, and that is why owners of workshop prefer to hire more men than women.
On the contrary, in contemporary world, women do anything using their skills and abilities. To be more precise, nowadays, education is a primary part of humans, and it is important to get well job in any fields, and in the past few years, the literacy rate among women is rapidly increasing, and the enrollments of females are also growing in every profession. For example, a report in the Hindu shows that nowadays, more girls are preferring to study nursing and work as nurse than past.
To conclude, while females are capable to do any works and they are still working in the most of industries, jobs that require much physically effort are always suitable for males. In my opinion, in last recent years, women are doing better than men in every profession.
