In this and age, it is believed that men and should be perform all jobs equally. Personally, I partially agree that they have the same potential doing certain works.
To begin with, thanks to the awareness of gender equality over the last decades, both men and women can access the same academic education. Therefore, the can completely apply to academic jobs such as nurses engineers regardless of sexes because most of this jobs require qualifications, knowledge, and work experience. As a result, there is no discrimination in workplace, and every gender can be equipped knowledgeable to perform different tasks.
On the other hand, men and women have a different level of physical health. Some jobs require strong muscle or endurace such as building or manufacturing processes.Similarly, working as a teacher or secretary which needs a meticulous or thoughtful personality are often performed by females. From this perspective, it is apparent that males are better than females when it is come to physical-related jobs and also conversely.
To sum up, both genders can have a equally jobs due to experience and knowledge but some occupations are depending on their own health whatever’s gender.
