In the 21st century, a lot of people tend to work in the same job for all their lives. Some individuals think that the job should not be the same throughout one’s whole life, while others believe that working the same job can give more advantages for a person, company, and society. In this essay, I will discuss both of these views and give my opinion about this subject.
A key factor to consider is that a similar job in all workers’ lives can reduce the stress of finding a new company to work in, and can create a better social environment in the team or group of colleagues. Not only that, but a similar job can provide more advantages to people who like a stabilizing social environment and quiet life. A clear example of this is that a lot of older people work in one or two companies in their lives and they were happy to work with social stability. However, I strongly disagree with this statement and will provide reasons to agree with the independence of a variety of jobs.
In contrast, the different work of all life can give more experience in different fields of staff, and individuals can understand which job they would like to work. In addition, people who work in the same job for all their lives, can not feel all possibilities in their life. To illustrate, a lot of famous people previously worked in another job in their careers, but when they felt this job was not their dream, they changed their lifestyle to make a career. Consequently, the changes of work can give more benefits for people who are not confident of their choice.
Taking everything into account, some people believe that changing jobs can give a more positive situation in their lives, but others think that stabilizing the situation in their lives is a better way of living in this world.
