In society majority of people trust older employees are more valuble to companysome rest of people believe youngers are more beneficial . I strongly agree with older employee more valuable than youngers.
The company top to bottom line is running through employee without them company will bankcrupt .so in here workers are more cricual part . companys have many varities mainly industrial and technological. This sectors have specific qualified workers . however, organization product efficiency depend on employee hand .for example textile industry worker have more experience on what he do his out put capacity is high because it is have target of out put ,they have proper trained.
Furthermore, in construction industry is very important for infrastructure development. This firm most of the employees are exisisting workers company keep them because of the productivity for instead road project ,bridge project are very crucial unexperince workers can not involve straightly they must obtain training with old workers.
